After graduating from the Department of Electrical Engineering in Takefu Technical High School in 1967, Masanobu started working in the knife industry with his father, Monjiro II . Originally a blacksmith of gardening tools, Masanobu Okada specialises in making unique kitchen knives. Here we present a knife that he makes for fun, the Takobiki knife, which is a variation of the Japanese sashimi knife used to prepare Sashimi.
