Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Custom orders and special requests may not be eligible
Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
  • Used sharpening stones (1000 Grit Whetstones, CERAMIC WATER SHARPENERS, Diamond Sharpening Steel)
  • Opened knife care products
  • Personalized or custom-engraved items
  • Knife sets where packaging has been opened or seals broken

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, our team will:

  • Verify your request’s eligibility
  • Provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  • Send detailed return instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once authorized:

  • Securely package the item in its original packaging
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Clearly mark the RAN on the exterior of the package
  • Ship to our Washington address using a trackable method

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your return:

  • Processing typically takes 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds appear within 5-10 business days (varies by institution)
Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item to eligible regions.

Damaged or Defective Items

For items damaged during shipping or with manufacturing defects:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
  • Receive priority processing for replacement or refund

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • All customs forms must clearly indicate “RETURNED GOODS”
  • We cannot refund original import duties or taxes
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Processing may take additional 3-5 business days
