Yu Kurosaki presents his Senkoei range of knives, made from ultra hard SG-2 stainless steel and finished with a Tsuchime finish on the blade of the knife. The blade has a distinctive diamond hammer finishes on the blade which glistens in the light. Senkoei has a traditional Japanese knife construction with an Octagonal handle made from Keyaki wood, these are top of the line knives made for serious knife enthusiasts.
