Yu Kurosaki presents his Senkou range of knives, made from ultra hard SG-2 stainless steel and finished with a Tsuchime finish on the blade of the knife. Senkou meaning flash is the name given to the knife for the distinctive diamond hammer finishes on the blade which glistens in the light. Senkou has a traditional Japanese knife construction with an Octagonal handle made from Keyaki wood, these are top of the line knives made for serious knife enthusiasts.
